Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are shipped using the most appropriate carrier depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we are unable to accept international orders from certain
countries or regions due to the suspension of parcel services by Japan Post.
Returns & Exchanges:
Return Policy:
All international orders are final. We do not accept refund, exchange or cancellation for international orders once order is shipped. Please be 100% sure of the item in advance before your purchase.
Exchanges:
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will exchange the product. (For just in case If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.)

Refunds:
Refunds will be made to the credit card account deducted at the time of purchase through the credit card company as soon as we receive returns. The period of refund may differ depending on the acceptance date of refund, invoice closing date of the credit card company and the timing of refund processing.

We do our best to repair our bags so that you can use them for as long as possible. Please feel free to contact us for a quote.
Please send us an email to <repair@harvestcorp.co.jp> explaining the issue, along with photos for us to check the condition of your bag. We will reply to you with an estimate of repair within 3 business days. If you are satisfied with the repair price, please send the item to us.

All goods will deteriorate over time. The speed in which it deteriorates, however, will vary significantly depending on the usage and environment of each end user.
For this reason, we feel each item needs to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as every product will show signs of age at some point. We need to take this into consideration to meet your request, as it may simply be time that your gear needs to be replaced. If so, we hope you will continue to take pride in the ownership of our bags and accessories for your next carry needs.
Customs & Duties:
Please note that import duties and taxes may or may not be levied depending on your country. If charged, it is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be liable for any taxes and/or duties levied by foreign customs and will not be able to issue a refund for any abandoned package by the customer. We also cannot mark your order as “gift” or lower the value.
Shipping delays may also occur if your package is inspected by customs authority upon arrival to your country. This is beyond our control and the responsibility of your country’s postal service to contact you as needed.
