<In case of defective products or incorrect products>
Please contact us by email within 10 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it for a new or equivalent product (if we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund your money). We will cover the shipping costs. Please note that each handmade product may have slight differences.
<Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience>
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer reasons such as the product being different from what you expected, the wrong size, the wrong order, etc. We also cannot accept returns if the tag, package, or accessories are damaged.
<About refund processing>
When processing a refund, we will process the refund or correction (cancellation) of the billing amount as soon as the returned item arrives at our company. Please note that if you pay by credit card, due to the credit closing date, the full amount may be charged once and then refunded at the next billing.
