・8月15日（土）：出荷業務のみ
・8月17日（月）より通常出荷

【海外発送】
・8月11日（火）：出荷業務のみ
・8月18日（火）より通常出荷

休業期間中は、ご注文に関するお問い合わせを除き、メール・お電話でのお問い合わせ対応を休止させていただきます。

なお、休業期間中にいただいたお問い合わせにつきましては、営業再開後より順次対応させていただきます。

■ Shipping Schedule

Domestic Orders (Japan)

  • Tuesday, August 11: Shipping operations only
  • Saturday, August 15: Shipping operations only
  • Regular shipping resumes on Monday, August 17.

International Orders

  • Tuesday, August 11: Shipping operations only
  • Regular shipping resumes on Tuesday, August 18.

Please note that we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates during this period.

■ Customer Support

During the holiday closure, we will only respond to inquiries regarding existing orders.

All other inquiries received during the holiday period will be answered in the order they are received after business resumes.

■ Orders

Our online store will continue to accept orders 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period.
