However, if you purchase more than 11,000 yen (tax included), shipping will be free.
We will ship your order via courier (Sagawa Express). The shipping method will vary depending on the contents of your order.

<About cancellations>
We do not accept cancellations after the order has been completed.
Please make sure to check your order details carefully before clicking the Confirm Order button.
<In the case of defects, faults, or incorrect products>
Please contact us by email within 10 days of receiving the product.
We will exchange the product for a new or equivalent product (if we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund your money). We will cover the shipping costs. Please note that each handmade product may vary slightly.
<Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience>
Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons such as product differences, incorrect sizes, or incorrect orders due to customer reasons.
Returns will not be accepted if the tags, packaging or accessories are damaged.
<About refund processing>
When processing a refund, we will process the refund or amend (cancel) the charged amount as soon as the returned item arrives at our company.
Please note that if you pay by credit card, due to the credit closing date, the full amount may be charged once and then refunded at the next billing date.
